Emotion Code is a healing arts technique founded by Dr. Bradley Nelson that helps me to identify and release trapped emotions also known as "emotional baggage" without having to talk about it or go back to that place of event that was traumatic. These emotions are harmful emotional energies from negative past events that your body just wasn't able to process properly. Trapped emotions can cause depression, anxiety, fear, they can block people from love, happiness and make them feel disconnected from others. And because trapped emotions are made of energy just like the rest of our body, they exert influence on the physical tissues and can cause acute pain and dis-ease throughout the body. Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal allowing physical and emotional difficulties often disappearing or become much more manageable.

The Body Code is a state of the art healing technique founded by Dr. Bradley Nelson that allows me to identify and energetically clear imbalances that can cause all kinds of physical and emotional problems for people. Your body has an incredible innate ability to bounce back and heal itself from all kinds of stress, trauma and illness. During a Body Code session, I look for things like toxins, pathogens, nutritional deficiencies, emotional and structural imbalances which allow me to get to the root causes that are contributing to your body's dis-ease.
